All our products are shipped in eco-friendly mailing bags made from sugarcane and fully recyclable. Items are carefully packaged in a branded keepsake box with tissue paper made from 99% recycled pulp.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Lunabare purchase. But we know sometimes it’s hard to decide—so we offer a 28-day return window from receipt of your order. After this period, store credit may be issued depending on circumstances.
How it works:

Email enquiries@lunabare.com to initiate a return (check your spam folder; we usually reply within a few hours).

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For part-card, part-gift card purchases, refunds are applied to the gift card first.

Orders placed separately cannot be combined for return.
