Placing an order:

• Orders can only be placed via our website.

• Check your order thoroughly before confirming.

• Orders are accepted when we dispatch the product and send a confirmation email.

Cancelling an order:

• Orders may be cancelled if we cannot fulfil them (out of stock, unverified payment, unavailable shipping location, pricing error).

• Suspicious or commercial-use orders may also be cancelled.

Your rights to cancel:

• You have 28 days to return items for a refund (UK & EU law).

• Faulty or misdescribed items can be returned free of charge within 30 days.

• If you change your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method (gift card refunds applied first).

• Discounts are prorated based on the original order.

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Delivery:
