Local Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Period
   This local offer is valid from 11 December 2025 to 23 December 2025 (inclusive).

2. Eligibility

   • This offer is only available to customers with delivery addresses in Takeley, Little Canfield, and selected surrounding areas.

   • Orders placed using the local-offer code must have a qualifying delivery address.

   • Orders with delivery addresses outside the eligible locations will either be rejected or processed without the local-offer benefits, at our discretion.

3. Delivery Terms

   • Same-day delivery applies to qualifying local orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday).

   • Orders placed after 2pm will automatically be processed for next-day delivery.

   • Delivery times may vary due to weather, road conditions or unexpected delays, but we will always aim to deliver within the stated timeframe.

4. Free Next-Day Delivery

   • All qualifying local orders receive free next-day delivery during the offer period.

5. Gift With Purchase (First 12 Orders)

   • The first 12 qualifying local orders placed during the offer period will receive a free Luna Living book.

   • This gift is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged or substituted.

6. Non-Transferable

   • This offer and any associated discount codes must not be shared with individuals outside the eligible delivery areas.

   • We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders where misuse is suspected.

7. Returns & Exchanges

   • Standard return and exchange policies apply to all orders placed during the offer period.

   • If an order including a free gift is returned for a refund, the free gift must also be returned unused and in original condition.

8. General

   • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or bundle offer unless explicitly stated.

   • The offer is valid for personal use only and not for resale.

   • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
